"The Release of Death card in the records at the Town Hall of Warren, lists December 23, 1869 as the date of death of Maxime Allard. It provides both his father's name and mother's maiden name. The cause of death was listed as inflammation of bowels, which was crossed out with typhoid fever written above. It also provides that he was buried in the Catholic Burial Ground of Warren."
