Joseph Hebert married Marie-Joseph she was born abt 1742, but since the marriage record only says Marie, I suppose there is a chance it was Marguerite or Blanche. I do believe Blanche married Joseph's brother Jean in 1761 at Quebec. A Marie Rose was born abt 1732 but she married Paul Michel in 1752. She and Paul Michel (oddly listed as Paul Michel Hebert in the 1752 census, although marriage record shows he was the son of the late Paul Michel and Marie Vincent) are listed directly above the Jean Vincent family. Joseph Hebert's family, by the way, was immediately following the Vincent family.
