PRIVATE, Fortier Joseph. #416432. 22nd Bn. Canadian Infantry (Québec Regiment). Died of wounds. He was hit by shrapnel in the trenches of Saint-Éloi, Ypres, and he died of his wounds in Dickebusch, at the forward first aid station of the No. 6 Canadian Field Ambulance, located in Reninghelst.
