Her name could also be «Cusack»: it is very often mispelled in many ways. Joanna, Jenna, Kusic, Kusik, Cusac, Cusak, etc. in the various records. Came to Canada in 1840, already married and mother of at least 2 children (John and Michael) in 1840 (re: his son Michael's declaration in the 1901 census, concordances about the age of his children in the various census and marriage records in Lévis and Quebec city).
