Doris Lefebvre (née Bennett, 1926, in Carleton Place. Youngest daughter to Annie and Harry), passed away calmly in her home at the Perley-Rideau Veteran's Health Centre, early Monday morning, October 23rd. Over 91 years, she has lived in Carleton Place, Huntingdon, Lacolle, Hemmingford, Hull, and Ottawa). Married Ron sixty-eight years ago. They were devoted lovers, and dear friends. The finest of parents, life-long tutors and very proud grandparents. Her children, Peter (Julie), Phillip (Karen), Susan (Les) and Paul (Elizabeth) and her grandchildren, Evan, Bronwyn, Wesley, Marnie and Cathrine, all mourn the loss of their granny, but also celebrate her very long and nurturing lifetime. Neither funeral, nor interment will be held, in accordance with Doris' last wishes. So, as dad would say, one last time: come-on Doris, IT's TIME to GO.
