Adolphe Perrault was born in Quebec, married twice in Quebec, and had at least four children (one of whom apparently died at or shortly after birth) in Quebec. Sometimes around 1860 he moved to Kankakee County, Illinois, and had additional children there. Around 1876, he moved to Merrick County, Nebraska. His second wife died there, and he married a third time with Mary Devinney in 1881. He died in Merrick County.
