Biographie Gedeon-Joseph Bertrand

Gedeon Bertrand and Denise Rochon moved to New York about 1849, although They are not listed in the 1850 Census.  By 1871, they are in Ontario, right across the river from Detroit.  (Perhaps to escape the Civil War).

Some of the children stayed in Ontario.

Gedéon Bertrand et Denise Rochon partent pour les Etats-Unis entre 1848 et 1849. Ils ne sont toutefois pas dans le recensement de 1850. Vers 1871 ils sont de retours en Ontario, Canada. Ils se sont établis à Woodslee, ON près de Windsor, ON.

Quelques-uns des enfants sont restés au Canada.
