Peter Carpentier.

Peter Carpentier, who for more than twenty years was a well-known resident of this city, died yesterday in Ballston Spa after a brief illness. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. George F. Ashton of Ballston Spa, Mrs. William G. Kern of this city and Mrs. Eva H. Price of New York city ; three sons, Louis Carpentier of Troy and George and Paul Carpentier of Ballston Spa; a sister, Mrs. P. Scott of Hudson Falls and a brother, David Carpentier of Massachusetts. He had resided in Ballston for the past three years. Funeral services will be held at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning in St. Mary's Catholic church , Ballston. Burial will be in Union cemetery, Fort Edward.
