As the youngest of eight children, Helen cherished her memories of growing up on the family farm on Indian River and the river was rooted in her thoughts throughout her life.

PASZT, Helen Rose (nee Devlin) - Peacefully on Saturday, November 29th, 2014 in her 90th year. Beloved wife of Adolf "Pat" of 67 years.

After she left school, she worked as a drafts person for Genelco where she worked on the blueprints for the Lancaster Bomber. Here she met and married Pat, the love of her life. They moved to Cobourg where they raised five children. Helen later returned to work at Leonard's Jewellers where she completed the Diamond Gemology Course. Her core values were her religion and her family. She gave all of herself to her family her entire life and will be missed by us all.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 2nd, 2014 from 9-10am at MacCoubrey Funeral Home, Cobourg. A mass of Christian burial at 10:30am to follow at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Cobourg. Interment St. Michael's cemetery.
